PRICES Price lists are published annually. Prices are based on standard domestic pricing. We do not work through dealers or distributors. We work on ''manufacture and ship direct'' to our customers. This arrangement allows us to keep in touch with the end user meanwhile keeping prices at a minimum. PLACING ORDERS We try to maintain adequate stock of all proprietary products. Most products can be shipped ''same day'' or "next day.'' We appreciate lead time as it makes for a better organized operation. Please use part number and description. Our minimum order is $25 net. SHIPPING All shipments are shipped FOB, California and /or Indiana plants. INVOICING Upon establishment of credit, we ship on open account, 30 days net. Accounts over 30 days are subject to interest charges of 2 percent per month. CLAIMS AND RETURNS Claims for shortages and/or invoicing should be made within 15 days of receipt of material. We will work with customers who have accumulated surplus parts. We will try to find other markets, or we will authorize the return of resalable material with restocking and freight charges. CONDITIONS OF SALE CUSTOM PLASTICS will supply verbal and written information on the proper use and installation of our products; however, we make no guarantees or assume any obligation or liability for the information furnished. CUSTOM PLASTICS will attempt to furnish all products free from defects in material and workmanship. Products proven to be defective can be returned freight free for replacement. This offer of replacement does not extend to any liability caused by shipping or damages caused by improper installation. |
